Rowan Strategies envisions a new & reimagined landscape where power is held differently. The constant in our work is that we strive to be a part of curious groups, conversations that matter, and courageous moments.


To achieve this vision we will provide structure & space for organizations and people to bring their best-selves and strengths to all of the work that they do. We prioritize spaces to assist in building awareness, taking ownership, and doing the work around DEIA.

We ascribe to celebrating who we are and how we naturally show up as human beings. We all have natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, and we uplift the unique Strengths that every individual brings to the table.

We often incorporate the CliftonStrengths assessment and coaching approach, recognizing that every person possesses talents and abilities that can be leveraged for personal and professional success. We help leaders identify and embrace their Strengths, building on their existing abilities to achieve their goals.
